I think one of the biggest unknowns, pointed out by a few writers, will be how well Google can support the OS. Their current support model is unlikely to win any converts to an OS upon which people rely without alternative. Frankly, Google has severely disappointed many people and organizations on the support front. I hope they&#039;re ready this next time, as I&#039;m anxious to see Chrome OS&#039;s success.
